Photography
Always the first thing to grab a buyers attention, photographs are the star of any property marketing campaign. I love capturing a home's selling points and providing high-quality images on Sony's renowned GM 16-35mm lens.
Drone Photography and social media videos
Nothing gives a sense of location, size and grandeur to a property than stunning aerial photography. And for savvy agents with a social media presence I also offer 60 second walk through videos (that can include aerial footage).
Copywriting and Floor Plans
Back up those classy images with words to match, highlighting the property's key features. I offer web and brochure copywriting. Last but not least no listing is complete without a detailed floor plan to give buyers a sense of the space on offer.

About Me
Ryan Kay
After my initial dreams of wanting to be an international spy, fighter pilot or a pro-golfer fell through, I capitalised on my English degree and found myself a niche job doing property copywriting. From there I fell into some photography gigs, learning as I went and growing in confidence with each property shoot. After a good stint in Sydney I moved to the UK where I furthered my skills in drone photography and learned how to draw up those pesky floor plans. I have recently dabbled in video and am enjoying the chance to offer a new service to my clients. I am now back in Australia and ready to work with you.
Why work with me?
It's a fair questions, there's certainly a lot of property photographers out there. I think what sets me apart is my wide range of skills I can bring to your marketing campaign, offering you the ability to have just one person traipsing through your vendor's property instead of two or three different people. I have a decade of experience working in all sorts or homes here and abroad from penthouse apartments to waterfront mansions and 400 year old country cottages with not a straight wall or floor in sight. I take great pride in my work- I'm not happy unless you're happy- and I enjoy my job. I work well with agents and vendors alike and strive to get all marketing material back and ready to go within 48 hours.
